You pay at the start of each month before services begin. This ensures predictable cash flow for both sides and guarantees your operations are supported without delays.
Recruitment is included in Pro (up to 2 hires/quarter) and Premium (up to 3 hires/quarter) plans. For Basic or Flexible, recruitment can be added and is billed independently. Any hires beyond the quarterly limit are also billed separately.

Every client is assigned a dedicated Operations Manager who acts as your single point of contact. They coordinate internally with specialists (accountants, lawyers, etc.) so you deal with one person, not many.
We use Zoho as our core task management and client system, enabling transparent task tracking, ownership, and reporting for each client.
